Do you look after sites someone else built?
Yes. We look at what is there first, tell you plainly if anything needs fixing, and keep what works.
What if my site breaks?
Tell us and we fix it: a fix is part of every care plan. If something was already broken when you joined, we tell you what it will take before we start.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Care plans run month to month. If you leave, you keep your site, your backups and your logins.
Is my site on WordPress?
Most small business sites are. If yours runs on something else, tell us what it is and we will say whether a care plan fits.
