Questions about checkout and payments
Can you add Apple Pay to my store?
Yes, if your payment processor supports it. We add the buttons to the cart and checkout and make sure fees, gifts and emails work exactly as for card orders.
Why do some customers get charged twice?
Usually a payment window closes before the gateway confirms, the order looks unpaid, and the customer pays again. We lock the checkout while a payment is in progress and flag any duplicates.
Can different payment methods have different fees?
Yes. Each method can add a fee or give a discount, shown clearly before the customer pays.
